    KKARACHI The negative trend continued at the Pakistan Stock Exchange on the fourth day of the business week, with the benchmark KSE-100 Index falling by more than 1,000 points during trading. The KSE-100 Index dropped over 1,000 points to reach 170,762 points as bearish sentiment continued to prevail at the stock exchange.

    The index had also closed lower in the previous trading session, losing 698 points to settle at 171,943 points.
