Addressing the media, DG ISPR said he would discuss what he described as a “so-called terrorist incident” and an alleged false-flag operation staged by India’s political and military leadership. Indian media had claimed that the individual allegedly killed in the incident was affiliated with the banned Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and was serving in the Pakistan military.
The reports, citing unnamed sources, identified the individual as Mohammad Asif. He presented a five-point timeline, stating that the sequence of events began on September 29.
Reading from a social media post by the Indian Army’s Chinar Corps, the DG ISPR said that on the night of September 29, the Indian corps deployed in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) claimed that, based on joint intelligence reports, the Indian Army, police and CRPF had launched an operation in the general area of Korag, Yousmarg.
"Stay connected with Aman-e-Pakistan for ongoing live reporting and verified investigative updates."
He then referred to another Chinar Corps post, dated the morning of September 30, which claimed that Indian forces had recovered the body of a “Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist.”
