Pakistan’s Consul General in Jeddah, Syed Mustafa Rabbani, introduced the initiative as part of efforts to make consular services more convenient and citizen-friendly. Under the new system, Pakistani citizens could book appointments online for NADRA and passport services and visit the consulate on their scheduled date and time to complete the application process.

The tracking ID would allow applicants to monitor the status of their appointments online. The initiative was aimed at reducing long waits and queues at the consulate while improving the overall delivery of services. Rabbani said the system would bring greater organisation and transparency to consular services while saving citizens’ time.

According to information released by the consulate, appointments could be booked through the online portal appointment.parepjeddah.org.
Citizens were also advised to contact consulate officials for guidance or information about the system. The designated contact numbers were 0126689149, 0558577893, 0558606308 and 0501914472. Information was also available via email atparepjeddah@mofa.gov.pk.
The consulate urged members of the Pakistani community to familiarise themselves with the new system before October 1 and book appointments in advance for NADRA and MRP-related services in accordance with the prescribed procedures. It advised citizens to make appointments ahead of time to avoid difficulties and unnecessary waiting at the consulate.
During the briefing, Rabbani outlined various aspects of the new system and reiterated his commitment to making consular services more convenient, organised and efficient for the Pakistani community.
