Sohail Sameer apologises over viral video clip

He said the situation also made him think about his own family, adding that he has a mother, sisters and daughters, and that he would similarly find it painful if inappropriate material involving someone from his family were circulated. Sameer acknowledged that he should not have participated in such content regardless of the circumstances at the time.

He also stressed that a person can spend years building a reputation but it can be damaged in a moment. The actor said he was genuinely ashamed and saddened by his past action and appealed to his fans and the public to forgive him.
