    PPESHAWAR —The first meeting of the 11-member Advisory Council, chaired by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi, was held to discuss the province’s key challenges, law and order situation, public safety, anti-corruption measures and promotion of tourism.

    During the meeting, participants expressed their commitment to addressing the challenges facing the province, improving security, protecting citizens and supporting economic development through tourism. Welcoming the participants, Governor Faisal Karim Kundi said it was the council’s first meeting and that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would face several challenges in the coming days.

    He urged council members to perform their responsibilities with dedication, commitment and sincerity, and to present effective recommendations for the province’s improvement. He stressed that all relevant stakeholders must work together to establish peace, stability and prosperity across the province.

    The governor expressed confidence that the Advisory Council would contribute to resolving provincial issues and improving public welfare through cooperation and practical recommendations. He reiterated that the council would play an active role in addressing the challenges facing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and working towards the betterment of its people.
