A Sindh Police spokesperson issued a clarification regarding the forensic report of the Mir Raza case. The forensic report pointed out the negligence of the arms dealer concerned and recommended legal action against him. The process of verifying the shell casing will be repeated after the pistol used in the incident is recovered.
Sindh Police has issued a clarification regarding the shell recovered from the crime scene in the Mir Raza case, saying the forensic evidence was submitted to the laboratory without delay., the shell was sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory on August 7, while the forensic laboratory issued its report on August 10.
The report has been part of the case file from the outset. Police said the report was submitted to the Sindh High Court commission along with the initial supplementary challan. The report pointed out negligence on the part of the relevant arms dealer and recommended legal action.
