    The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Sports Secretary, Director General Sports and other officials and personalities associated with the sporting community.

    Khokhar said one of the five newly developed courts meets international standards, while the remaining four will be available for national-level competitions, training and regular practice., between Rs100 million and Rs120 million has been spent on developing the modern padel facilities. The project also includes seating areas, washrooms and other facilities for players and visitors.

    Khokhar said sporting activities at the new courts had formally begun and the facilities would also be available for hosting international padel tennis competitions. The provincial government plans to expand the sport beyond Lahore, with the minister announcing that similar padel courts would soon be developed in Sialkot.
