During the Weekend Ka Vaar segment, Salman was seen placing his hand on his heart, struggling to speak, and eventually lying down on the stage while requesting medical assistance. This sequence alarmed viewers, prompting many fans to express concern on social media.

Responding to the reaction, Salman posted a statement on his Instagram Story clarifying, “Nothing is wrong with my health by the grace of God.”He criticised the editing of the show’s promotional footage, which he said created a misleading impression of a genuine health emergency.

Salman explained that the pain he feigned was intended to make a point to contestant Qazi, who had been using his own health as entertainment. “It totally beats the purpose and looks like I am doing the same thing that Qazi was doing in the house,” he wrote.

“The pain was only to show Qazi that what he did was wrong because he used his health for entertainment, especially when the 15 people in the house were not aware that he was acting and were getting worried for his health.”He added that the promotional material failed to convey the true intention behind the sequence.

During the episode, Salman also addressed online trolls who target actors, particularly female artists, over their appearances. He confronted speculation about his health and looks, removing his hat and T-shirt on stage and inviting further trolling.

“You guys want to troll me? I will show you. No abs, see my look; you want to troll me now?

Go on, troll me,” he said. Salman Khan is scheduled to star in Apoorva Lakhia’s upcoming film Maatrubhumi, for which the release date is yet to be announced.
