President Zardari meets Naqvi, discusses overall national situation

The meeting comes amid heightened political activity involving major political parties and ongoing discussions on national affairs. President Zardari and Interior Minister Naqvi had also met in London earlier this month, where they discussed national and political matters.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leaders have continued consultations on the political situation. PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari recently held separate meetings with senior party leaders and members of the Sindh cabinet at Bilawal House, where political affairs, parliamentary matters and provincial development were discussed.
Naqvi has remained engaged with political stakeholders in recent weeks, including meetings with opposition representatives on matters related to the political situation and planned protests.
