Hired assassin killed by accomplices in Attock CCD 'encounter'

He was reportedly a resident of Akora Khattak in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Police claimed to have recovered a 30-bore pistol from the deceased man's possession. Sources said Saud was allegedly wanted in contract-killing cases in both Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He was also reportedly considered a close associate of Attaullah Khan of Jabi Nizampur., Saud had previously escaped from custody after being arrested in connection with an alleged double-murder case. Following the encounter, the CCD Attock launched a search operation in the surrounding area to locate other suspected accomplices.
The deceased's body was shifted to Civil Hospital Attock for postmortem examination and completion of legal formalities. Further investigation into the encounter and the circumstances surrounding Saud's death is underway.
