England hold a decisive 2-0 lead in the three-match series, while Pakistan are determined to end the series on a winning note. Pakistan have never won a Test match in Birmingham, adding to the challenge facing the national side.

Pakistan captain Babar Azam, while describing Edgbaston as a lucky ground, said he was hopeful of a strong performance from the team. Babar also said he was surprised by the changes made to the team following the Lord’s Test.
