Addressing party workers at the Tando Jam toll plaza in Sindh, Afridi said a historic march would be held on September 27. He thanked the workers for their support and said he would reach Karachi despite the obstacles being placed in his way.

If that is not the case, then tell us who is responsible for all this.”Afridi said Sindh had a tradition of welcoming guests and that the treatment being meted out to him was not in keeping with the province’s traditions.

He said it appeared that the authorities did not want him to reach Karachi, but vowed to make it to the city regardless of the obstacles placed along the route. “If I cannot reach Karachi today, I will reach there tomorrow,” Afridi said, adding, “I promise that I will not leave Sindh without reaching Karachi.”
