    He called for the harshest possible punishment for those responsible and demanded that the actual perpetrator of the crime against his daughter be publicly executed. Sohail Afridi expressed solidarity with the bereaved family, saying the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa shared their grief.

    He said Ayat Noor was not merely the family’s child but belonged to the entire province. The chief minister became emotional while speaking to the girl’s father and condemned the manner in which the child was allegedly treated.
