IISLAMABAD —Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Saturday, emphasized the importance of further deepening the All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership between Pakistan and China across a broad range of areas.He highlighted bilateral partnership in trade and investment, connectivity, CPEC, agriculture, science & technology, education and people-to-people exchanges.The DPM/FM expressed these views during a meeting with Pakistan’s Ambassador-designate to China, Ambassador Ali Asad Gilani, who called on him, the Foreign Office Spokesperson said in a press release.The DPM/FM congratulated Ambassador-designate Gilani on his appointment and underscored the special importance Pakistan attaches to its time-tested relationship with China.Appreciating Ambassador-designate Gilani’s services as Additional Secretary (Asia Pacific), the DPM/FM expressed confidence that his experience would contribute to further strengthening this enduring partnership and wished him a successful tenure.
