Karachi quadruple murder suspect killed in police 'encounter'

Police returned fire, killing the suspect. An Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) was also injured during the exchange of fire. Police identified the suspect as Humayun, who was brother-in-law of the victim’s husband.
Officials said the suspect had confessed during interrogation to killing the woman and her three children. Read More:Karachi quadruple murder case registered. According to police, Humayun had previously lived as a tenant in the family’s house approximately one and a half years ago.
Investigators said that on the day of the incident, Humayun arrived at the family’s home at around 2:30pm. An eyewitness saw him entering the house.
