Pakistan captain Sahibzada Farhan was asked to lead his side's batting effort after Sri Lankan skipper Kusal Mendis opted to bowl first. Pakistan entered the match with a 1-0 advantage in the three-match series after securing a four-wicket victory in the opening T20I on Friday.
The hosts are aiming to win Sunday's encounter to establish an unassailable 2-0 lead and clinch the series ahead of the third and final match. Sri Lanka, meanwhile, will be looking to level the series at 1-1 and take the contest into a decider.
In the opening match, Sahibzada Farhan delivered an impressive performance, scoring 89 runs to guide Pakistan to victory while chasing Sri Lanka's total of 182 for eight. Young batter Maaz Sadaqat also made a significant contribution with a half-century, scoring 50 off 29 deliveries as Pakistan reached the target with seven balls to spare.
