Gold price declines further in Pakistan amid global market slump

In the international bullion market, the price of gold fell to $4,406. All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association, the price of gold decreased by Rs2,400 per tola to Rs463,136. During the same period, the international price of silver fell by 39 cents per ounce to $65.80.
Consequently, in the local bullion markets, the price of silver decreased by Rs39 per tola to Rs7,059, while the price of 10 grams of silver fell by Rs34 to Rs6,051. On Saturday, Gold and silver pricesalso declined in international and local markets after remaining unchanged for two consecutive days.

In the international bullion market, the price of gold fell by $36 per ounce to $4,430. All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association, the price of gold per tola decreased by Rs3,600, settling at Rs465,536 in the domestic market.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs3,086 to Rs399,122.
