The Floodis scheduled to arrive in cinemas on August 11, 2028, with production expected to begin in Europe during the first months of 2027. New Line acquired the project from Netflix earlier this year. The studio previously worked with Cregger on his breakout horror film.
Weapons, while Amblin Entertainment is producing the new project alongside Cregger’s frequent collaborators Roy Lee and Miri Yoon of Vertigo Entertainment. The film will mark Cregger’s next feature following his. Resident Evilproject.
