    General Muhammad Zaman, officials recovered 1,013 kilograms of crystal meth, commonly known as ice, during the operation. Authorities estimated the drug's value in the international market at approximately Rs74.19 billion. Zaman said the narcotics were allegedly being prepared for transportation outside Pakistan, describing the seizure as a major financial blow to an international drug trafficking network.

    The operation was carried out by the Excise and Anti-Narcotics South Zone under Zaman's supervision. He said the department had intensified its anti-narcotics operations along Balochistan's coastal belt over the past two years. department, authorities have recovered 1,638kg of crystal meth and 620kg of hashish during operations along the coastal belt over the two-year period.

    Officials also seized 27,543 bottles and cans of foreign liquor and beer during the same period. Zaman claimed that the department's anti-narcotics operations over the past two years had inflicted estimated financial losses of Rs133.56 billion on drug trafficking networks.
