    Earlier, a lower court had rejected their bail applications. Justice Tariq Afridi ordered the release of the three accused against surety bonds of Rs100,000 each. Their bail applications had earlier been rejected by the civil court, following which their counsel approached the PHC's Abbottabad Bench.

    During the hearing, the defence counsel, Atif Jan Jadoon, informed the court that the police had conducted a re-investigation and declared the three children innocent in Column B of the case record.
