Luxury car driver drags man, bike on road

The vehicle also ran over a motorcycle parked along the road and dragged it underneath. Sparks were seen coming from the motorcycle as it struck the road. A video of the serious incident went viral, prompting the Chief Traffic Officer to take notice.
A case was registered at New Town police station. The footage showed the driver of a luxury vehicle moving towards Faizabad on the busy Murree Road while running over a motorcycle, apparently without regard for a person on the bonnet of the vehicle.
The motorcycle stuck with the vehicle's front wheel could clearly be seen in the video. The CTO directed a police team to trace the vehicle driver and register a case. Police later used the 15 emergency call, Safe City camera footage and the viral video to trace the driver.

It emerged that the incident had occurred late on the night of September 26 in the limits of New Town police station., a citizen named Naeem was travelling in a black luxury vehicle from Chandni Chowk towards Faizabad when he hit a white car travelling ahead from behind and fled without stopping.
The driver of the white car, identified as Bilal, stopped him a short distance away. After being stopped, the driver of the black vehicle continued to try to move the vehicle forward. Meanwhile, Bilal climbed onto the bonnet of the black vehicle while trying to stop it.
A police team reached the scene, but, both vehicle drivers reached a settlement and indicated that they did not want any action.
