IISLAMABAD —Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the residence of martyr Captain Hamza Akram, where he met the martyr’s father and brother and expressed his heartfelt condolences over his death. The interior minister also offered Fateha for the departed soul and praised the courage and spirit of Captain Hamza Akram’s father.
Captain Hamza Akram’s father said his son had sacrificed his life for Pakistan and that his other son was also ready to serve the country. He said Captain Hamza had made the family proud, adding that Pakistan was everything to them.
Mohsin Naqvi said the entire nation was proud of the courage displayed by such a father. He said Captain Hamza Akram’s extraordinary bravery and high spirit represented the true strength of the nation. The interior minister said Captain Hamza Akram had set a remarkable example of bravery by killing seven militants.

He said every drop of blood shed by Captain Hamza and other martyrs was a guarantee of the country’s protection. Naqvi said the nation could never repay the sacrifices made by Captain Hamza Akram and his family.
He said Captain Hamza would remain alive in the hearts of the people and would always be remembered. Captain Hamza Akram was martyred while bravely confronting militants in Hangu.
