    A two-member bench comprising BHC Chief Justice Justice Muhammad Kamran Khan Malakhail and Justice Najmuddin Mengal issued the directives while hearing a contempt petition filed by Imran Hussaini against the secretary education (schools), Balochistan, and others.

    During the hearing, Balochistan Additional Advocate General Zahoor Ahmed Baloch informed the court that all unauthorised occupants from the Directorate of Education (Schools), Quetta, had been removed and that no such person was currently occupying the premises. The petitioner's counsel disputed the government's position and requested the court to seek photographic evidence along with the official report.

    The bench directed both sides to submit reports on the matter and instructed the Balochistan director schools education, under the supervision of the secretary education (schools), to compile a comprehensive report covering all district education offices and educational institutions across the province.
