Salman Mirza has replaced Razaullah who had made his T20I debut in the previous game at the same venue. Pakistan lead the three-match series 1-0. In the first match at the same venue on Friday Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka by four wickets with seven balls to spare.
Sri Lanka set a 183-run target for Pakistan thanks to Rahilu Udara’s 91 and hosts achieved it in the 19th over after losing six wickets in the process. Skipper Sahibzada Farhan led from the front with a superb 89.
After a fine start with Fakhar Zaman he then added 92 runs for the second wicket stand with dashing batsman Maaz Sadaqat who hammered a fiery 50. Although Pakistan lost a few wickets in cluster after the fall of Maaz but in the end Khawaja Nafay kept his cool to make Pakistan home.
