The model, 34, and the San Francisco 49ers running back announced their son's arrival in a joint Instagram post on Saturday, October 10. Roman was born on September 29, with the couple sharing black-and-white photographs from the hospital.
The pictures showed Culpo and Mc. Caffrey holding their newborn, while their 14-month-old daughter, Colette, also appeared in the family photographs. View this post on Instagram.
Culpo shared her happiness on Instagram Stories, writing, "Heart is exploding. "The couple, who married in 2024, announced their second pregnancy in May on Culpo's 34th birthday. They later shared a video capturing their reaction to the pregnancy test and the moment they. Mc. Caffrey and Culpo welcomed their first child, Colette, in July 2025.
Following her daughter's birth, Culpo reflected on the experience of childbirth, describing it as "the scariest and most rewarding of all experiences". The model has also spoken openly about balancing motherhood with her professional commitments.
During an appearance on. The Squeezepodcast, she discussed the challenges and responsibilities that come with raising a child. "There's totally a shift," she said.
"Whether or not you want there to be or not, you have somebody that's physically dependent on you. So I'm not going to sugarcoat it. Yeah, it's scary.
"Culpo has previously credited her husband with supporting her as she navigates family life and her career. The couple are now celebrating the arrival of their second child.
